How to Join the Race?
CHALLENGE
All interested runners are required to participate in ONE (1) of the following challenges:
Grab SuperTakbo 2025: GrabFood Challenge
Grab SuperTakbo 2025: GrabCar Challenge
Joining a challenge will allow you to avail up to THREE (3) FREE RACE KITS, which you can use to:
a.) Register yourself to all three races OR
b.) Register yourself and your friends to your preferred race

IMPORTANT REMINDER
Finishing a challenge milestone does not guarantee a slot in the race. You still need to complete the registration link that will be sent to you to reserve your spot.
Slots are LIMITED per race. Grab will clearly indicate in the Registration Form if the race or distance is no longer available.
All registrations will be verified before receiving a final SMS/email confirmation. If we find that your Grab App has not yet finished the number of milestone/s needed for your registration, Grab reserves the right to forfeit your submission.

HOW TO JOIN THE GRAB SUPERTAKBO CHALLENGE?
Grab SuperTakbo 2025: GrabFood Challenge
[For new users] Download the Grab App and create an account.
Open your Grab account and click the “All” tile.
Select the “Challenges” tile.
On the “Current” Tab, locate the Grab SuperTakbo 2025: GrabFood Challenge and click Accept Challenge.
Upon accepting the challenge, the customers can now see the ride requirements to achieve each milestone.
For the GrabFood Challenge, which would run from April 14, 2025 to August 31, 2025, a user must complete 5 orders with a minimum order value of P300 (excluding delivery fees and other additional charges) to achieve each milestone.
Achieving a milestone will automatically rewards the user one (1) FREE RACE KIT, allowing the user to register 1 PAX to any of the Grab SuperTakbo races:

The GrabFood Challenge consists of 3 separate milestones. This allows user to avail up to three (3) FREE RACE KITS if all milestones are achieved.
After completing each milestone, customers will receive an in-app notification for a voucher that will redirect them to the official registration link.
Click “Redeem Now” to proceed to the registration link.
Complete registration by filling up the required fields.
Choose your preferred race, running distance and shirt size.
Select your preferred method to claim your race kit: 1) pick-up at a Grab Office, 2) arrange GrabExpress delivery to pick-up at a Grab Office or 3) claim on race day.
Once registration is submitted, customers will receive a final confirmation via SMS/Email within 3-5 working days to confirm whether his slot is secured or not.
Grab reserves the right to forfeit a registration if we verify that the registered user has not yet completed the needed milestone/s from the ride challenge.

Claiming Requirements
Participants must present the following when claiming their race kits:
A valid government-issued ID or any accepted form of identification for verification.
Confirmation email/SMS received upon successful completion of the registration.
A copy of the registration confirmation email or SMS
If claiming via an authorized representative, the following must be presented:
A signed authorization letter from the registered participant.
A copy of the participant’s valid ID.
The grab registered mobile number assigned to the participant.
Claiming Options - Participants may claim their race kits through any of the following options:
Delivery via GrabExpress
Delivery fees will be shouldered by the participant.
Participants will be in charge of booking the GrabEpress ride, indicating complete and accurate delivery address, including a landmark.
A designated Point of Contact (PIC) will coordinate the delivery and notify participants once their race kit has been dispatched.
Pick-up at Grab Offices - Participants may claim their race kits at the following locations:
Grab Greenfield Office (Mandaluyong)
Location: Greenfield District Pavilion, Sto. Cristo Street, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City Operating Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM Dress Code: No sleeveless tops, shorts, skimpy skirts, or slippers. Closed-toe shoes are required.
Grab Pampanga Office
Location: 1 IBG Plaza, Mon Tang Ave. Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Failure to Claim & Race Day Provisions
Participants who fail to pick up their race kits on their scheduled date may still claim them at the event site on race day until 2:30 AM.
Race bibs are mandatory for participation. Participants who will not have the official race bib on the day of the race will not be allowed to join the run.
Replacement Race Bibs will be available for purchase at the event site until 2:30 AM (for Php300 - limited supplies available).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility
The Grab SuperTakbo is open to all new and existing Grab App users.
To join a race, a Grab app user has the option to join any of the 2 available challenges: 1) The Grab Supertakbo: GrabFood Challenge or 2) The Grab Supertakbo: GrabCar Challenge.
Within each Challenge, the user will have to complete at least one milestone to redeem one ticket / invitation to register to any of the 3 races:

Mindanao (Davao) - November 8, 2025
Each challenge has a total of 3 milestones, allowing the user to redeem up to 3 tickets / invitations per challenge.
A ticket can be used to register any individual to the available races.
Receiving a ticket/invitation does not guarantee you a slot to the race. The user must complete the registration process to secure his/her slot in the race. Once registered, a slot cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
All participants must agree to the waiver within the registration form to indicate that they are physically fit and do not have any health conditions.
All confirmed participants will be given a race kit, and it is the participant’s responsibility to bring the race kit on the day of the race. Without the official bib, a person cannot participate in the race. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Registration periods per leg will open on separate dates, as announced by the organizers.
Registration Process
All customers who want to join are required to complete at least 1 milestone per challenge to be able to sign-up to the registration link
Users will have to input the grab registered mobile number that completed the challenge to allow Grab to verify the user’s eligibility
A Grab registered number can be inputted up to 6x for the whole challenge duration (April - August 2025)

Transportation & Accommodations
No free transportation and accommodation will be provided to any of the participants.
Liability Waiver
A waiver must be accomplished by all participants. All participants who will be 18 years old and below can only join 3K-5K distance for health safety purposes.
Modification of Terms
Grab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the Grab App.
Event Proper
All successful participants must wear the official Grab SuperTakbo singlet and race bib
For protection, participants may wear protection such as sunglasses, bandana, and face mask
Participants may run or rest upon their discretion, provided that they do not leave the designated route. In case participants can no longer finish the run due to exhaustion, they may request marshalls to assist them to the finish line and inform the team at the finish line of the race bib number.
